Blog 8: A subject you enjoyed studying this semester

A subject that I enjoyed this semester was "design and project management" because I learned a lot about evaluation, planning and manage architecture projects. At the beginning I thought that this course was going to be hard and demanding because it had many contents, but we had a test on wednesday of the subject that the professor taught us in the week, so the course became less complicated to understand.

In this course We did planning exercises of architecture projects and We worked with the Chilean normative, principally with the “General Ordinance of Urban Planning and Construction”. In my case was easier to understand the General Ordinance though the book “OGUC ilustrada”, because this book explains the Chilean normative with simple texts and drawings.

My teacher taught us to manage and planning of projects and to understand that architecture projects work with different professionals and different areas (public or private). She made us understand that the production of architecture is complex but is possible to do it if we follow the regulation.
