Blog 4: A Meal or Food You Really Like


Hi Everyone!

My favorite food is Chicken Chop Suey or Chicken Stir Fry, I made it for my family on the weekends or in my free days. And is very special to me because my cousin Camila taught me how to do it and is really easy, you only need this ingredients: Chicken breast, Soy sauce, broccoli, vegetable oil, some garlic, onion, carrots, and soja sprouts.
Is my favorite food because it has a lot of vegetable and I love to eat it with rice.
The impact that chop sue has in my health is good and bad. Good because onion has vitamin C, carrots and broccoli has vitamin A,C, E and K which is good for the immune system and keeps my heart healthy and bad because of the vegetable oil is highly processed, chicken can cause blood cancer and soy sauce has to much sodium. That’s why I don’t eat it too often but I love it.
