I think the Architects can make the world a better place through responsible design and sustainable construction. 

The construction industry is one of the most contaminant because It uses 50% of the naturals recourses, 40% of energy and produce 50% of total waste generated in the environment. 

Sustainability as concept is avoiding the depletion of natural resources to maintain the ecological balance, so We must look for how sustainability can be part of our cities and our architecture.

At industry level, the practices to get to sustainable construction is to invest in latest sustainable technologies for the construction process.

For sustainability housing design We must incorporate Sustainable Energy Consumption, Utilize Low Flow Fixtures, Reduce Storm Water Runoff, Solar Panel Installation, etc.

It’s important that these practices become common in our major because the climate change is a problem that although We must combat globally, we must also do it from architectural design and construction industry.
